If the deliv­ery is delayed due to gross neg­li­gence or neg­li­gence on the part of the ser­vice provider, the ser­vice provider has a peri­od of 48 hours until full deliv­ery. The ser­vice provider is not liable for any such loss result­ing from an armed attack until the inves­ti­ga­tion is com­plet­ed and the case is closed.
